Bequests:
You can make a gift to the Land Education Foundation in one of several ways. You can simply provide that a particular dollar amount or specific property is to go the Foundation. You can provide that the Foundation is to receive all or a stated percentage of your estate after payment of all other bequests, debts, taxes and expenses. Or you can name the Land Education Foundation as a "contingent" beneficiary of your estate. |
|
Securities and Real Estate:
Securities or a personal residence, farm, unimproved land, rental property or commercial property can be given to the Land Education Foundation. |

Life Insurance:

Another option is to make the Land Education Foundation the owner an irrevocable beneficiary of the policy. |
