Interest from the endowment will be made available each year in the form of scholarships.  In addition, a small portion of the return will also be reinvested each year so the endowment actually will increase annually.  This endowment will enable the Land Education Foundation to act as a facilitator to begin to find the answers and solutions land real estate professionals need.  The Land Education Foundation Endowment is designed to provide funding forever to help protect the land, and the future use of land, as we know it today.

Members of the Realtors Land Institute, a professional trade association for REALTORS® who specialize in the brokerage of land, will be able to apply for scholarships to the Land University.  The funding of these scholarships and educational programs endowed by this campaign offer the greatest potential to return value to everyone who appreciates the wise utilization of land.
