On May 25, 1982, the Land Education Foundation was chartered in Illinois.  The purpose of the foundation is to provide real estate professionals both theoretical knowledge and practical education so they can deal with the many critical issues affecting our most important and finite resource - LAND.  So often in the past, our most important resource has been ignored.  The Land Itself.  The earth that is beneath it all.

The Land Education Foundation Mission Statement: To acquire the financial resources necessary to fund education relative to the brokerage, development, and wise utilization of land.
